ubd11 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and ubd11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the ubd11 website, its sub-pages, games, betting services, promotions, and any other feature or service made available through ubd11.app. Please read these T&C carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use the Platform.

By creating an account on ubd11, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these T&C in their entirety. These T&C apply alongside any additional rules, bonus terms, game-specific rules, or policies that ubd11 may publish from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these T&C and any supplementary document, these T&C shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use ubd11, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ubd11 strictly prohibits account registration by or for any person under the age of 21.
• You must register using accurate, complete and current personal information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on ubd11. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must not be acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party when placing bets or making financial transactions on ubd11.
• You are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. ubd11 does not provide legal advice. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and liability.

ubd11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification completion.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration on ubd11 is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Each mobile number may be used for one account only. ubd11 may require additional verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (mobile number and password). ubd11 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, Telegram or WhatsApp.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact ubd11 support immediately through the official site.
• ubd11 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to any other party.
• Players are required to keep their account information current and accurate. Any change to your registered mobile number or other personal details must be reported to ubd11 support promptly.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed. ubd11 reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process.

ubd11 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform. However, Players are responsible for ensuring the security of their own devices and connections, including using secure networks and keeping devices free from malware.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ubd11 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ubd11 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer services. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount on ubd11 is ৳100. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and is subject to change without notice.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's ubd11 account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. ubd11 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or when KYC verification is pending.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the ubd11 account. ubd11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods that have not been previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• ubd11 does not charge fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, the Player's payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction fees. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule independently.
• ubd11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered an internal compliance review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ubd11 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is active. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific bonus's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated as "no wagering". The standard wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are offered for personal use only. Bonuses may not be claimed by Players using automated scripts, bots, or any other non-human method of interaction with the Platform.
• Where a Player is found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds without the intent to play genuinely, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — ubd11 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the account.
• Bonuses credited to a Player's account that are not subject to a wagering requirement may still be subject to a minimum playtime or minimum wagering amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• ubd11 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonus funds already credited and in active use, provided the relevant wagering requirement has not yet been completed.

Seasonal promotions — including those timed around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, the BPL cricket season, and ICC tournaments — are subject to their own promotional T&C, which will be published when the promotion is active. General bonus terms still apply where the promotional T&C are silent on a particular point.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ubd11 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the Player. ubd11 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as the result of a technical malfunction.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting market at the time of placing the bet and are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay (including disconnection, platform error, or third-party provider outage), ubd11 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Game rounds interrupted by a technical failure will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.
• Winnings from casino games, crash games, fishing games, and all other game categories are credited to the Player's account balance automatically upon the conclusion of a game round. Sports betting winnings are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event.
• ubd11 provides game-specific RTP (Return to Player) information for all slot titles in the game library, as supplied by the respective game provider. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7. Responsible Gaming

ubd11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives are encouraged to use the self-management tools available on the ubd11 Responsible Gaming page and to seek professional support where needed.

• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting ubd11 support through the official site. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no new account may be opened.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Reality checks: ubd11 may implement session reminders that notify Players of the duration of their current gaming session, supporting informed decisions about continued play.
• Minor protection: ubd11 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Players with minors in the household are strongly advised to use parental control software to prevent underage access to the Platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ubd11. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited activity will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may have their account permanently closed and any funds confiscated:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Creating or operating more than one account, or attempting to circumvent a previously imposed account closure or suspension by registering a new account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the result of any sporting event covered by the ubd11 sportsbook.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games, or payment systems. Any Player who discovers a bug or error is required to report it to ubd11 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity. ubd11 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units in relation to suspected money laundering or financial crime.

ubd11 employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited activity may be suspended without prior notice, pending investigation. ubd11's decision in relation to any prohibited activity finding is final.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ubd11 platform — including but not limited to the ubd11 brand name, logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of ubd11 or its licensors. No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, adapted or otherwise used without the prior written permission of ubd11.

Game content — including game mechanics, graphics, sounds and RTP data — is owned by the respective game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe and Ezugi) and is licensed to ubd11 for use on the Platform. Players may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any game content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ubd11 excludes all liability for the following types of loss or damage, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or any other cause:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or bonuses arising from technical malfunctions, payment processor errors, connectivity failures, or scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, promotional terms or any other content, which may be subject to change without notice.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game providers, or data providers that supply content or services integrated into the Platform.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

ubd11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. A Player may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ubd11 support. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or permanent closure:

• Breach of any clause in these T&C, including but not limited to engagement in prohibited activities, creation of duplicate accounts, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or any other criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the Player's ubd11 account.
• Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by ubd11 — any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to a wagering requirement will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ubd11 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made, ubd11 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players — which may include a notice displayed on the Platform upon login, or a direct notification to the Player's registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these T&C constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the Platform and contact ubd11 support to close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and ubd11, Players are encouraged to contact ubd11 customer support in the first instance to seek resolution. ubd11 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable time frame. If a complaint cannot be resolved through support, the matter may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described on the ubd11 FAQ page.
